About Dr. Celest Austin

Following the completion of her MD/PhD at the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio, Dr. Austin felt a calling to make a broader impact. Choosing a different path from further medical training, she founded GoManda, named after her sister Amanda. GoManda is a platform that employs strength-based vocabulary teaching - a teaching method that works with autism's unique learning style rather than against it. GoManda is a company dedicated to celebrating the unique mind of autism.
